NativeSpirAlliance, LLC (NSA) is in the process of manufacturing and packaging Spirulina (Spear-ru-lena) - Blue Green Algae nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, energy snacks and animal feed produced on Native American land. NSA, LLC is 51% Native owned and 49% owned by Elixir International of New Mexico Inc. (Elixir). NSA, LLC has leased 23.7 acres from a Northern Arapaho tribal member allotted land to build a "state-of-the-art" production facility in Arapahoe, WY on the Wind River Reservation. This production will include manufacturing and packaging of Spirulina tablets, energy snacks, packaged powder and animal feed products. NSA anticipates this production facility will provide for expanded economic impact in the local rural community with up to 300 jobs created over a three year period.

NSA is committed to the health & well being of its customers. NSA's business objective is to provide the highest quality of Spirulina Maxima products. These products offer nutritional benefits that have been shown to slow the effects of aging, help prevent disease by protecting the human immune system from malnutrition and chronic disorders associated with Nutritionally Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (NAIDS). In addition, the company plans to develop its products as support for chronic disorders research, specifically on diabetes, hypoglycemia, and radiation treatment.

ALGAE BIOFUEL PRODUCTION

Elixir New Millennium Inc. (ENM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Elixir International of New Mexico Inc. ENM is in the process of establishing its Algae Biofuel facility primarily for the production of Algae Biomass Feedstock and Biorefinery for biojetfuel, biodiesel and biobased products. This project is being initiated in the Akela Industrial Park, near Deming, New Mexico, where the Company is consummating a lease to own on 30 acres to build a state-of-the-art enclosed Algae biomass facility.
