COMPANY OVERVIEW

NativeSpirAlliance LLC (NSA) has initiated the manufacturing and packaging of Spirulina (Spear-ru-lena), specifically Spirulina Maxima-Blue Green Algae. NSA has leased Northern Arapahoe tribal member allotted land to build a "state of the art" production facility at Arapahoe, WY on the Wind River Indian Reservation. This production is among the first in Indian Country. NSA anticipates this Algaculture production facility will provide for expanded economic impact in the local community with job creation while at the same time implement New Low Tech cultivation and harvesting of microalgae. This production method conserves water and land usage while reducing Greenhouse gases.

NSA is a subsidiary of Elixir International of New Mexico, Inc. (EINM). EINM is the marketer and distributor of Spirulina Maxima in bulk and packaged products and has been in business since 1992. EINM was recognized by the US FDA for setting nationwide product quality standards on Spirulina imports. Currently they market bulk Spirulina Maxima Powder, as well as packaged tablets, capsules, and snack bars. EINM is outsourcing production to NSA. Overall bulk production costs will be reduced by an estimated 35 % of EINM's current costs. In addition, NSA will also manufacture and package Spirulina tablets, energy bars, packaged powder and other snacks.

As NSA implements its operations, rrevenue streams for NSA will be generated primarily from contracted production and fulfillment services for EINM. Simultaneously, NSA will produce its brand name Spirulina products primarily for Native American markets. Locating the business on Native land allows for product distribution and sales in untapped channels.
